We are a team of passionate, certified coaches who guide each child not only to swim confidently, but also to grow with courage, discipline, and strength.
🧬 Our Unique System
Becoming a ProFit coach is a long journey — and for a reason.
Every trainer starts in our main branch in Baku, where they teach over 500 children in the first years of their career. Only after passing strict internal exams and earning professional certifications do they earn the right to train in Dubai.
Even then, they go through a 3–6 month probation, proving their dedication, results, and connection with students.
Our coaches earn bonuses and grow their ranking based on real progress — not just attendance. They can also train new staff, conduct exams, and contribute to the future of ProFit.
